High-Precision

Silk Screen Printing

High-precision silk screen and pad printing for decorative borders, logos, icons, and functional patterns. Supports single and multi-color processes, high-temperature inks for fade-resistant outdoor durability, and fine-line resolution down to 0.15mm. Applications include appliance panels, touch screen bezels, automotive HMI, and smart home switches.

Ion-Exchange

Chemical Strengthening

Molten potassium salt ion-exchange process replaces smaller sodium ions with larger potassium ions on the glass surface, creating a deep compressive stress layer. Achieves CS >450 MPa and DOL >8μm for outstanding scratch resistance and impact strength — without changing the glass dimensions. Essential for ultra-thin cover glass under 3mm where thermal tempering is not viable.
