Silk Screen Printing
High-precision silk screen and pad printing for decorative borders, logos, icons, and functional patterns. Supports single and multi-color processes, high-temperature inks for fade-resistant outdoor durability, and fine-line resolution down to 0.15mm. Applications include appliance panels, touch screen bezels, automotive HMI, and smart home switches.
Thermal Tempering
Physical heat tempering for glass ≥3mm thickness. Rapid heating to 600–700°C followed by controlled air quenching creates a compressive surface layer for safety compliance.
CNC Glass Machining
Multi-axis CNC machining centers for high-precision contour cutting, profile shaping, notching, and step milling. Achieves dimensional accuracy of ±0.02mm.
Glass Drilling
Diamond-bit and ultrasonic drilling for through-holes, countersinks, slots, and grooves. From micro-holes as small as 0.5mm to large cutouts with clean, crack-free edges.
Chemical Strengthening
Molten potassium salt ion-exchange process replaces smaller sodium ions with larger potassium ions on the glass surface, creating a deep compressive stress layer. Achieves CS >450 MPa and DOL >8μm for outstanding scratch resistance and impact strength — without changing the glass dimensions. Essential for ultra-thin cover glass under 3mm where thermal tempering is not viable.
AR / AF Coating
Vacuum-deposited anti-reflective (AR) coatings boost transmittance above 98%. Nano-scale anti-fingerprint (AF) coatings achieve water contact angles of 105°±5°.
AG Etching
Chemical etching creates a controlled micro-texture, scattering reflected light to eliminate glare. Adjustable gloss (50–90) and haze levels for optimal readability.
Edge Grinding
Multi-stage diamond wheel grinding and polishing for seamed, beveled, pencil, flat-polished, and OG (ogee) edge profiles. Delivers smooth, safe edges.
Adhesive Bonding
Precision application of OCA, double-sided tapes, and foam gaskets using automated laminating machines and vacuum defoaming chambers.
Quality Inspection
Comprehensive QC across all stages — incoming material, in-process checks, and final audit. Cleanroom visual inspection and automated optical inspection (AOI).
Optical Bonding
Liquid or dry optical bonding lamination to eliminate the air gap between cover glass and LCD panel, dramatically improving sunlight readability and ruggedness.
