Challenge

The client required anti-glare glass for 4K surgical monitors used in operating rooms. Existing spray-coated AG solutions introduced sparkle artifacts that impaired image clarity at close viewing distances—a critical safety concern for surgeons. Our Solution

We applied our proprietary single-side chemical etching process on borosilicate glass substrate, carefully controlling the etch depth to achieve consistent 60 GU gloss with less than 1% sparkle. Every batch was tested using a BYK micro-gloss meter and haze meter to guarantee compliance with the client’s optical spec sheet. Challenge

A leading Korean Tier-1 supplier needed AG glass cover panels for 12.3″ automotive center console displays.
